Runtime Habitat

PoA — Place of Agents

PoA governs movement within the admissible space. It separates traversal, activation, persistence, and interaction into explicit runtime layers.

Position

Runtime governance

PoA does not define possibility. LIAN already does that. PoA governs how systems move within the space LIAN makes possible.

Difference

Separation over collapse

Most systems collapse traversal, activation, persistence, and interaction into heuristic control. PoA keeps them structurally distinct.

PoA-01 — Traversal Constraint
Movement remains inside the admissible space.
PoA-02 — Supervisory Presence Gate
Execution requires valid supervisory presence.
PoA-03 — Commit Integrity Layer
Post-commit states remain binding across boundaries.
PoA-04 — Structural Reciprocity
Interaction exists only where structures match.
Agents do not act by default. Execution paths must be constructed.
